Art Therapy Session with Faryal Asif

Join us as we welcome Faryal Asif at MindStir for an Art therapy session with a special focus on utilizing the individual creative process to help them explore self-expression and in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills.

Faryal Asif – is an experienced Educational Psychologist who also works as a facilitator and spreads awareness on mental health.

This will be an interactive session with multiple short activities designed to improve people’s well-being. Connection with self leads to heightened creativity and improved performance.
